Establishment of Digital Learning System:
Students can learn everywhere
In light of the Internet age, MCU has especially established an e-learning system, planned multiple online courses, established Moodle teaching platform and cloud learning environment, all of which make teaching more refined and learning more effective. Through the e-learning system, the university provides synchronous and asynchronous courses, actively promotes accreditation of digital courses, and provides hundreds of online self-learning courses.
Copious Easy-to-Access Library Collection
To accommodate the multi-campus learning needs, the university established well-equipped physical libraries on both Taipei and Taoyuan campuses. Currently the MCU library collection comprises nearly 840,000 volumes, 3,391 journal titles, 65,136 multimedia audio visual materials, 18 newspapers, 226 digital databases, 59,419 digital journal subscriptions, and 1,339,858 digital books. Through personal electronic devices or personal laptops and campus WiFi, all library users can search for the information they need online from any place on Taipei or Taoyuan campus.

Restaurants
Meal options include Student Food Service Building and Outdoor Cafes on Taipei Campus. The restaurants provide delicious Chinese and Western style meals including brunch, cafeteria, rice lunchboxes, noodles, braised foods, snacks and beverages, and there is convenience store on campus providing various products and services.
Accommodations
Dormitory rooms include beds, desks, bookcase, wardrobe, air-conditioner, and broadband network. Each floor provides a common room, television, books and newspapers. The university has on-campus and off-campus dormitories with 4-person and 6-person rooms. Accommodation fee is collected based on room type, and the university reserves the right to arrange students’ accommodation venue.
Public Transport Information
Ming Chuan University Taipei Campus situated conveniently, easily accessible by public transport. Very close to Shihlin Night Market, students can take Taipei Metro System to MRT Jiantan Station Exit 1and walk for 5 minutes to the university gate. Students also can take busses to Ming Chuan University Stop or Xiao Bei Jie Stop.
